It has been almost a year since the death of actor Patton Oswalt's wife Michelle McNamara. In a statement written to the Associated Press on Friday Oswalt shares with the public what the cause of death turned out to be. ?We learned today the combination of drugs in Michelle?s system, along with a condition we were unaware of, proved lethal,? Oswalt wrote. He explained that he had no idea of McNamara's underlying condition when they married in 2005.
