Variety is reporting that John Lithgow is the latest actor to join the Pitch Perfect Three. Details around his character are being kept under wraps. Lithgow is fresh off a Screen Actor's Guild Award win for his performance in Netflix's "The Crown." The first Pitch Perfect film was a sleeper hit, earning over 115 million dollars worldwide. It is the second highest-grossing music comedy film of all time behind School of Rock, that is until the sequel came out in 2015.
