Lauryn Hill is sending out sincere apologies to her fans that showed up for her concert in Pittsburgh on Tuesday after Hill was three hours late starting the show. The concert was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. and Hill did not take the stage until 11:20 p.m.. Although Hill says that "factors out of her control" such as the weather caused the show to be late, she offers an apology and hopes to bring another show back to Pittsburgh.
