According to The Wrap, actor and director Mel Gibson will star alongside Vince Vaughn in the upcoming crime thriller 'Dragged Across Concrete'. The plot of the film reportedly focuses on two cops who get suspended after an excessive-force incident and turn to the criminal underworld.
