Bethenny Frankel's ex-husband Jason Hoppy has been arrested, a law enforcement source in the New York Police Department claimed to Access Hollywood on Tuesday. The source told Access Hollywood that NYPD arrested Hoppy Friday afternoon at his New York residence on charges of Harassment and Stalking. Multiple reports cite the alleged victim as Hoppy's ex-wife and "Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel.
