On a new episode of 'Revenge Body With Khloe Kardashian,' the reality television star opened up about a major weight gain in her life. A new contestant, Lauren, told Kardashian that her dad died while their family was on vacation for her 18th birthday. Lauren said this triggered a major weight gain. Kardashian told Lauren: "I know, to a degree, how you feel. My dad died in 2003, I was 19. When it set in I was like?you spiral. And for me, my spiral was food." She added: "And I gained so much weight because I was so internally?just suppressing so many things that it was like eating me alive. And I was literally eating everything." Kardashian then reassured Lauren that they can't let tragic incidents ruin their lives or health.
