Ben Affleck has announced he will no longer direct the upcoming solo Batman standalone movie for Warner Brothers. On Monday, Affleck released a statement saying, in part, it "has become clear that I cannot do both jobs to the level they require." He and the studio are looking for a new director. Affleck made his debut as the caper crusader for Warners last summer in "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." Last year, Affleck jumped on board to write and direct the Batman standalone movie.
