As awards season continues, actors and entertainers continue to make politically-charged speeches against President Donald Trump. At the Screen Actors Guild Awards, actress Julia Louis-Dreyfus took home an award for her performance in the HBO political satire "Veep." During her acceptance speech, Louis-Dreyfus shared that she is the daughter of an immigrant who fled religious persecution in Nazi-occupied France. She said: "Because I love this country, I am horrified by its blemishes.
