Kerry Washington stunned on the Screen Actor's Guild Awards red carpet. The actress, who was nominated for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Television Movie or Miniseries for her role in Confirmation, wore a beautiful, off-the-shoulder white gown. Before the event, Washington took to social media to share that she added a safety pin to her outfit. She wrote: "I'll be wearing one of these tonight. On my arm. To show solidarity. We will not stop fighting for our safety & the safety of our fellow citizens and human beings." While talking to E! TV on the red carpet, she pointed out the accessory, and added: "I happen to be at an award show tonight, and there's other things going on in the world that are a little more important."
