Kourtney Kardashian may be a busy mom of three but that doesn't mean she can't take time out for a sexy photoshoot! The reality star recently took a vacay to Costa Rica and participated in a late night photo shoot with photographer Mike Rosenthal. The shoot consisted of Kourt dressed in beautiful island clothes and some shots of her naked in the pool. "When Mr. Mike Rosenthal is in Costa Rica, that means we need a late night photo shoot,? Kourtney said in her Snapchat.
