Actress Emmanuelle Riva has died at the age of 89. The veteran French actress became the oldest Best Actress nominee in history in 2013, for her role in Michael Haneke?s drama ?Amour." She died in a Paris clinic after a long illness. She launched her 60-year career with an early role in director Alain Resnais? in ?Hiroshima Mon Amour? in 1959. Riva worked into last year. She was shooting in Iceland for ?Alma,? which is still being filmed and edited. It will be the last movie to feature Riva.
