Elle Magazine reports that Kate Middleton and Prince William will indeed attend the British Academy of Film and Television Arts award show on February 12th, the Palace announced today. The announcement definitively kills tabloid rumors that the Duchess wasn't welcome at the ceremony. Prince William is president of BAFTA but has missed the ceremony for the last two years.
