Mischa Barton, the former star of The O.C., as been hospitalized for a medical emergency.
According to TMZ, Barton was seen hanging over her neighbors fence, yelling spouting profanities and going on a delusional tirades against her mother.
Police too her Cedar Sinai hospital but no word has been released on her condition.
