The long-rumored couple is in Paris for a Fashion Week event, and newly single Bella Hadid, who recently split from The Weeknd, is third wheeling. Paparazzi noticed that Rocky and Kendall were "all over each other" at the club and on the way back to their hotel. The duo was spotted together last month in Malibu and recently at a concert in NYC.
