Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton are still together and going strong. The superstar couple went to Mexico this past weekend and even performed together at Luke Bryan's 2017 Crash My Playa event in Riviera Maya. Stefani surprised the audience by being pulled up on stage with Shelton during his encore. Although Stefani wasn't scheduled to perform she performed No Doubt's hit "Hella Good." During Shelton's acceptance speech, he called Stefani the "hottest date here tonight."
