During Donald Trump?s inauguration, former US President George W. Bush had trouble adjusting his poncho. Those watching Bush were pleasantly amused that he could figure out how to put it on correctly. He even at one point, accidentally hit former Vice President Dick Cheney in the head with it. In the end, he settled for draping it over his head.
