The 32-year-old actress, Mandy Moore, hit the red carpet at the Artios Awards in Los Angeles on Thursday where she was seen in an edgy black Alex Perry velvet dress which she paired with white Sophia Webster heels. Moore took to Instagram where she showed off her dress and celebrated her casting friends, "It's a shame we don't like each other," Moore joked. "Night out celebrating the lovely folks that help us get our jobs.
