Lena Dunham is getting real with fans as the actress and activist hosted Thursday's episode of her podcast 'Women of the Hour' from a hospital room at Lennox Hill Emergency Room. Dunham is suffering from Endometriosis and wanted her listeners to know what the side effects of the disease are first hand.
