Oscar winner Cuba Gooding Jr has filed for divorce from his wife, Sara Kapfer after 22 years of marriage. Gooding has decided to call it quits following Sara?s 2014 filing for legal separation. Gooding seeks joint legal and physical custody of their 10-year-old daughter. According to court documents, he is also requesting that all his earnings made after the date Sara filed for separation in August 2014 remain in his name alone. The couple tied the knot in 1994.
