They have been rumored to be dating for a while. Last Friday, Peltz shared a cute pic of herself sitting on Hadid's lap on Instagram from what appears to be her birthday dinner. Videos from Peltz's birthday dinner have also surfaced. They appear to the actress and Hadid holding hands as they sit next to each other at the table.
