After accosting Bella Hadid with a Palestinian flag, and unnamed fan was arrested in New York City. While Hadid and Kendall Jenner were on their way to Gigi Hadid's apartment in SoHo, a fan approached them and draped a Palestinian flag over Hadid. After the incident, Hadid's security notified police and the fan was arrested. According to TMZ, the fan was taken into custody for questioning, however, she will not face any charges.
