On wednesday, it was announced that Dwayne ' The Rock' Johnson won Favorite Premium Series Actor at the 43rd annual People?s Choice Awards. he won the award for his portrayal of Spencer Strasmore on HBO's Ballers. The show follows Strasmore - a former NFL star - as he goes through the complicated life that many former athletes must deal with. The Rock had strong competition to win this year?s desired award. Other nominees in the category included, Aziz Ansari, Joshua Jackson, Kevin Spacey, and Nick Jonas.
