Page Six has reported that the "Perfect Illusion" singer has come up with an "elaborate, and somewhat dangerous, idea to sing from the top of the NRG Stadium?s dome.? The 70,000 seat stadium has a retractable "fabric roof," and her team of lawyers and technicians are attempting to figure out how to get her safely on top of it.
