Congratulations to Katherine Heigl and Josh Kelley! The actress and her husband welcomed their third child, Joshua Bishop Kelley Jr, on Tuesday, Dec. 20. The couple of nine years already have two daughters, 8-year-old Naleigh and 4-year-old Adalaide. Naleigh was adopted from South Korea in 2009, while the Adalaide was adopted domestically three years later. News of Heigl?s pregnancy came out in late June.
