Divorced couple Paula Patton and Robin Thicke are in the middle of a strenuous custody battle as Patton does not trust Thicke around their 6 year old son, Julian. On Thursday, Patton requested an emergency hearing to request Thicke's visits with their son be monitored and limited to only daytime visits.
