Jason Aldean is set to hit the road with his new " Jason Aldean: They Don't Know Tour." Chris Young and Kane Brown will join the country singer during the 33-city tour, which kicks off on April 27 in Toledo, Ohio. "It only takes a couple weeks off the road before I get that itch, and I'm already feeling it," Jason said in a statement.
