In the shot, Hough is rocking items from her athletic wear line with MPG Sport. On her post, she encouraged fans to check out the fall collection before spring drops. In a recent interview with ET, Hough explained that her favorite workout of all time is dancing. She said: "Dancing is so great because there are all the little details, and the little movements, and the little muscles that are working without you even realizing."
