In the October edition of British Vogue, Victoria Beckham penned a letter to her 18 year old self. In the note, she gave herself both advice and caution at the start of her Spice Girls career. She discussed her body image and acne issues, and even said she wished she hadn't got plastic surgery on her breasts. She wrote: ?You will travel on private planes, visit incredible countries, stay in fantastic hotels...You will meet Nelson Mandela, Mariah Carey and Elton John." She added one specific wish, and said: "I implore you, keep a diary. There will be so many amazing moments, and you will forget.? In the letter, Beckham also mentioned the first time she met her husband, David Beckham.
