Last year, a British TV production was announced starring white actor Joseph Fiennes as Michael Jackson. The trailer, released Wednesday, gives viewers the first glimpse of the controversial casting choice in action. "Urban Myths" will tell a series of stories, including one in which Jackson, Elizabeth Taylor, and Marlon Brando took a cross-country road trip after 9/11. In an interview in 1993 with Oprah Winfrey, Jackson explicitly rejected the idea of having a white actor portray him on screen, saying, "Why would I want a white child to play me? I'm a black American. I'm proud to be a black American. I am proud of my race. I am proud of who I am."
