Johnny Depp and his now ex wife, Amber Heard continue to battle it out in court and in the public eye. Earlier this month Depp's attorneys filed court papers in Los Angeles Superior Court, accusing Heard of trying to to ?force? Depp to appear at a hearing this Friday. Depps attorney Laura Wasser contends that the couple "have already reached a settlement agreement," adding that Heard's request demanding that Depp be present ?amounts to harassment.? In the documents filed Wasser writes: ?While only Amber may know the real answer to that question, it is clear that she is intent on prolonging resolution and continuing litigation as long as the public?s attention will allow.?
