On Saturday night Jamie Foxx, Academy award winning actor, was allegedly attacked at a restaurant. Gossip website TMZ is reporting the attack happened while the actor was out with friends at celebrity hotspot Catch. While there, a man approached their table and told the group they were too loud. Eyewitness say a scuffle broke out when the man lunged towards Foxx. Foxx caught the man in chokehold to diffuse the situation. The man and his companions were reportedly kicked out of the restaurant.
