The death certificate for iconic Star Wars actress Carrie Fisher confirms that the actress died of a heart attack. However, the certificate also says more investigation is needed to try to determine the underlying cause. ?Cause of death? is listed as ?cardiac arrest/deferred.? Fisher had her heart attack on a transatlantic flight from London to Los Angeles on December 23rd. She died a few days later at UCLA Medical center in Los Angeles, California.
