Jamie Foxx was hanging out with friends on the patio at Catch restaurant in West Hollywood on Saturday until someone at a nearby table felt the group was too noisy. One witness said that the man told Foxx?s table, ?You don?t want to mess with me. I?m from New York? before attacking. Witnesses say that Foxx quickly gained control of the situation, putting his attacker in a choke hold.
