Actress Lily Collins was nominated for a Golden Globe for her work in 'Rules Don't Apply.' In a recent interview with The Wrap, she opened up about her "terrifying" experience while singing on set. In the film, Collins plays an aspiring actress who is a songwriter. They recorded the music live, and Collins took comfort in the fact her character was not supposed to be a singer. She said: ?We sang it live ? so there was no track to have to mimic ? which I thought was amazing because I could be in the moment in every different take that we did." She added that if she felt nervous in the moment, her character Marla probably felt nervous, too. Collins also shared that she didn't tell her dad, singer Phil Collins, that she sang in the movie, until the trailer came out.
