Gospel singer Kim Burrell was scheduled to appear on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Thursday but after DeGeneres saw a viral video of Burrell's homophobic sermon, she canceled Burrell's appearance. Burrell was going to sing "I See a Victory" from the soundtrack for Hidden Figures along with Pharrell Williams. Pharrell still performed on Thursday's show and after his set, Ellen and Pharrell had a candid discussion about Burrell's sermon.
