Lipnicki told Access Hollywood that Cruise has given him advice about acting, saying "It was incredible to sit down with one of your favourite actors and have an hour-long conversation about acting." According to Lipnicki, Cruise says he owes his success to being on time, being polite, and knowing people's names.
