In a Variety magazine interview published on Tuesday, Hugh Jackman admitted that he's hesitating to retire as Wolverine. Previously, in 2015 Jackman said that after "Logan" he wouldn't portray the clawed mutant ever again, but now that Ryan Reynolds is talking about a Deadpool-Wolverine teamup, it seems like Jackman isn't as ready to give up the role as he was before. Reynolds is also featured in the Variety article, and he says that he would exploit Jackman's relationship to his fanbase to convince him to return.
