Following her disastrous New Year's Eve mishap, Mariah Carey has parted ways with longtime creative director, dancer and tour choreographer Anthony Burrell. Sources close to the singer told Entertainment Tonight that Burrell will not return to Carey's team in 2017 "for a number of reasons." While Carey was performing at the New Year's Eve special she experienced an audio malfunction and the audience was able to hear a backing track with Carey's prerecordings of all of the high notes.
