VIDEO : Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth Visit Children's Hospital

Miley Cyrus is spreading the love with her beau Liam Hemsworth as the two stars took a visit to Rady Children's Hospital in San Diego on Thursday. Cyrus took to Instagram to share some photos of the sweet couple with a few of the patients. Cyrus was there on behalf of her 'Happy Hippie Foundation' whose goal is to "rally young people to fight injustice facing homeless youth, LGBTQ youth and other vulnerable populations."
