In a recent interview, 'Sons of Anarchy' Creator, Kurt Sutter, shared some details about his unsuccessful attempt at his own version of Marvel's Punisher character. Sutter worked on rewrites for a Punisher script in 2004, and explained that he took too many liberties with the character. Sutter said: "So I think I was trying to write to the emotionality of this dude and motivate the absurd violence with some kind of meaning.
