Carrie Fisher had a larger-than-life personality, and seemed like she always brought that into her roles. From her first role in Shampoo at the age of 18 to her unforgettable part in When Harry Met Sally. Her powerful voice stole any scene and when she became the iconic Princess Leia at the age of 19, young girls found a strong female role model to look up to. Throughout her career, Fisher struggled with mental health issues and addiction, but she was always open about her struggles. It feels too soon to lose such an unapologetic woman who recently re-emerged as Leia in the Force Awakens and Rogue One.
