Hundreds of news organizations from around the world wrote obituaries today for the late Carrie Fisher after the Star Wars and The Blues Brothers actress passed away in Los Angeles. Precious few of them actually listed the cause of death Fisher had requested. The request, documented in her one-woman show Wishful Drinking, which was later turned into a book, was to have her cause of death listed as "drowned in moonlight, strangled by my own bra."
