Singer Avril Lavigne just announced that she will release a new album in 2017. This will be the first record from Lavigne since she was diagnosed with Lyme disease in 2014. She took to instagram to share her big news. She thanked her fans for being supportive while she took time away from the spotlight. She wrote: "I can't wait to open up and share my heart with you! I'm excited for you guys to hear the new songs." This will be the 6th album for the Canadian singer. Just last year, she made headlines when she and her second husband, Nickleback frontman Chad Kroeger split up.
