Carrie Fisher of Star Wars fame has died at the age of 60 after suffering a heart attack only days ago.
Known around the world and across generations for her iconic role as Princess Leia Organa, Fisher's rise to stardom began decades ago following the first Star Wars film's release in 1977.
According to numerous sources and reports, the venerable actress and author went into cardiac arrest on a flight bound from London to Los Angeles on Dec. 23rd.
