Jim Carrey is fighting back against the wrongful death lawsuit against him filed by his late ex-girlfriend's mom. Last September, Cathriona White, committed suicide by overdosing on medication she reportedly stole from Carrey. Now, White's mother, Brigid Sweetman, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against him, claiming that White took her own life after realizing that Carrey had given her three STDs. Carrey's lawyer argued that the STDs were reported to have happened two years prior to her death, thus making them unrelated. Carrey released a statment, and said: ?I will not tolerate this heartless attempt to exploit me or the woman I loved."
