Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are not only one of the most adorable Hollywood couples, they also have the biggest hearts combined. The pair dressed up as Mr. and Mrs. Claus on Tuesday for a trip to the Children's hospital. Both Bloom and Perry sang Christmas carols with the children and spread holiday cheer. The couple both have been UNICEF ambassadors for over at least two years.
