Emmy-winning ?How to Get Away with Murder? actress Viola Davis will reportedly receive a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in a ceremony on January 5, 2017. The event will take place three days before the Golden Globes Awards, where Davis has been nominated for her work in the upcoming film ?Fences.? Walk of Fame producer Ana Martinez said in a statement Wednesday, "Viola is one of the actresses who always mesmerize fans with her talent. She is amazing and we are thrilled that she will grace our world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame." Davis, who has been nominated for an Oscar award twice and a Golden Globe five times, will be the 2,597th star honored on the Walk of Fame.
