A bank has sued Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott. City National Bank is suing the famous couple for allegedly failing to make payments on a loan from four years ago. E! News obtained documents from the Los Angeles Superior Court which said that the couple borrowed $400,000 dollars from the bank with a promissory note. The agreement outlined monthly payments plus interest. As of December, the couple has fail to pay over $185,000 and additional interest. This year, Spelling has faced two other lawsuits from American Express.
