A three-year-deal will see Simon Cowell's company "SYCO" develop global entertainment formats with one of China's leading media companies. The deal, announced by Cowell and Canxing/Star China CEO Jin Lei on Monday, will see the two companies develop large-scale entertainment formats for the mainland Chinese market. The shows will also have international export potential. As TV audiences in the U.S.
