Brooke Mueller is "doing a lot better" since her incident with the Salt Lake City police and subsequent hospitalization last month. According to Mueller's sister, Sydney Wolofsky, the 39-year-old ex-wife of Charlie Sheen has remained in rehab since the incident in November, and is now committed to getting her health back on track.
